This means that you can study first, and pay for your tuition as a percentage of your income after you have been hired.
The Success-Based Education platform aligns the interests of quality-driven education and training institutions, their students and investors. It focuses on the students by using technology to assess their skills, and offers a career accelarator to help those students integrate into the workforce as the best candidates they can be. Therefore, their brand identity should communicate that Spark is a visionary leader combining skills, technology and innovation to build new ways for human growth.
The idea behind the logo is to focus on the peak - going all the way to the top. The A acts as a clear arrow pointing upwards, referrencing both a pencil (for education) and a mountain peak (for a successful journey with a rewarding end point).
Spark's main brand colour is blue to coincide with the tech and educations worlds, but mostly because it is the colour of the clear skies - look up. The occassional cream background and dotted salmon, fresh green and sunny yellow are added to compliment it with splashes of warmth.
